Board of Aldermen for the City of St. Ann hold a hearing on the Force Main pipe being installed by MSD down St Charles Rock Road from the Bridgeton / Republic Landfill to the lift station at the intersection of 170 and St. Charles Rock Road for the Bissell Point Plant in which they were not informed of since it was using State Highway right of way.
